Big store with lots of employees to assist, the Skinfix team was really nice and gave us samples. I had my makeup done in store for an event. The makeup artist was really nice but she did not mention that lashes were an additional cost for the service which was a bit surprising at the end. The lashes were applied incorrectly and left a noticeable gap between my natural lash line, the applied lashes and the eyeliner.

Went to the Benefit Brow Bar and was serviced by Emily, I got the brow wax and tint and she was amazing! She walked me through the process and made sure I was good with the shape before applying the tint. She was quick and efficient and made me feel so put together! Other women stopped to look at her doing the job and asked to be serviced next. 10/10 experience would do it again!

The week before the holidays, I went to the Benefit Brow Bar at the Sephora and had an amazing experience with the brow artist named Emily! The service I got was brow waxing and tint - I usually do my own brows because I’m very particular so I was nervous about it. However, the whole procedure was flawless throughout, she was very friendly and super gentle with my brows and they look SO good. They look super natural and it’s a game changer since it takes less time to get ready everyday. Emily was so easy to talk to and very informative about brow care and suggested products which are now included into my makeup routine. Overall, a really great first brow experience and I can’t wait to book with her on my next visit!

Julia is the most helpful and nicest Sephora worker I have ever met! I'm still learning more about makeup, and I came in looking for eyeshadow and glitter. I felt lost, but Julia helped me feel comfortable and find every single thing I was looking for. She was very patient, sweet, and even helped me demonstrate some colours that work best. The best part is that she gave me honest suggestions that truly helped! Very happy with my purchases. Thank you Julia you are the best!❤️

Usually i never really have a problem with sephora as i come often but this experience was so bad like teach your employees customer service？I was looking around a woman comes up to me and asks if i need any help, im like yes, i want to make a sephora account as i dont have one yet. she goes ya go to the front, she wasnt very being rude nor nice. Which is fine to me i dont really mind. When i really had a problem is when i went to the cashier to make an account (i forgot her name but i believe it started with a N and she was a white and possibly ginger/brunette). Oh my god like her service was just so unpleasant it made me rethink about ever wanting to sign up for anything again. I give her all my information and she says that i already have an account, which i say oh because i find that weird. She’s like ya you already have an account and your birthday is _____ (i don’t remember what birthday she said) and just looked at me and the whole time was being super passive aggressive. Then she explains that i have points (reminder i do not have an account) im like oh okay can i use them? and she shows me my options and has the worst attitude and cant say anything nice or sweet. and then when we are done she turns away and doesn’t even give me a bag so im waiting if u could please get a bag because i don’t wanna carry the item. she doesn’t even say anything and just gives it. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but as a retail worker myself i found it so rude that she has no manners. I am just trying to think if a parent or someone else was treated with the service she gave me it would be very embarrassing. I’m not sure why but i had to wait for a bag and her coworkers also saw me, i’m not sure why no one could hand me a bag. Either way this was on Monday January 8th around 5-6. I understand everyone goes through bad days but so disappointed especially because i was very excited to make a account
